Before diving into tools and trends, take 10 minutes to reflect:
Why are you here? What would it mean for your business if AI worked for you? This is not just Big Tech!

- Where do I wish I had more time or insight?
- What do I hope AI can do for me?

- Open a Notion, Google Doc, or grab a physical notebook.
- Title it: 30 Days of AI – My Transformation
- Add your answers to today’s journal prompt.
This journal will be your private transformation log. By Day 30, it’ll become the first draft of your AI Strategy.

For Day 1, the ideal practical AI tool/demo should be simple, visual, and immediately empowering; something that:
- requires no signup or steep learning curve
- showcases the “wow” factor of AI
- gives a taste of transformation in a real business context
